At Digitrict, we strive to provide high-quality used graphics cards. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a return under the following conditions:

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
  • The item must be in its original condition, with all accessories included.
  • Products that have been physically damaged, modified, or improperly used are not eligible for return.

2. Return Process

  • Contact our support team at support@digitrict.com or via WhatsApp to request a return.
  • Provide your order number and a reason for the return.
  • Our team will review your request and provide return instructions if approved.

3. Refunds & Exchanges

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process:
    • A replacement (if stock is available) or
    • A refund (excluding shipping costs).
  • Refunds are issued within 3-7 business days after approval.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost returns.
