Lost Package Policy
At Digitrict, we take shipping seriously and make every effort to ensure your order arrives safely. All packages are securely packed and include tracking. However, in the rare event a package is lost in transit, the following policy applies:
1. Delayed or Missing Delivery
If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery time:
- Contact us at support@digitrict.com or via our live chat.
- We will open an investigation with the shipping carrier. This process may take up to 15 days.
2. Resolution Options
If the carrier confirms the package is lost, you will be offered one of the following:
- A full refund
- A replacement shipment, if the item is still in stock
You will be notified once the investigation is complete.
3. Exceptions & Exclusions
We are not responsible for lost packages in the following cases:
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer
- Tracking status shows “Delivered”, but the package is missing
(In this case, please check with neighbors, local courier offices, or building security before contacting us.)
