Lost Package Policy
At Digitrict, we take shipping seriously and ensure all orders are securely packed and tracked. However, in the rare event that a package is lost in transit, the following policy applies:

  1. Tracking & Investigation
    • If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at support@digitrict.com or via WhatsApp.
    • We will initiate an investigation with the shipping carrier. This process may take up to 30 days.
  2. Resolution Options
    • If the carrier confirms the package is lost, we offer:
      • Full refund or
      • Reshipment of the order (if stock is available)
  3. Exclusions
    • We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.
    • If tracking shows “Delivered” but the package is missing, we recommend checking with your local carrier, neighbors, or security before reaching out.
