To be eligible for a return:

  • The request must be made within 7 days after you submit a reclamation to our support team.
  • The item must be in its original condition, with all accessories, packaging, and labels included.

2. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

  • Include your order number and a clear reason for the return.
  • Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide detailed return instructions.

3. Refunds & Exchanges

After we receive and inspect your return, we will proceed with one of the following:

  • A replacement, if the item is defective and stock is available
  • A refund, excluding any original shipping fees

Refunds are typically processed within 3โ€“5 business days after approval. The method of refund will match the original payment method.


4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item received.
  • We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost or undelivered return packages.
